OTC does that cause typically they get hyped up and run thousands of percent leading up to the press release, to which is almost always underwhelming and the pump made the SP overvalued. In wsrc, we've been undervalued for so long positive releases with forward looking statements or numbers will catapult this closer to it's ideal valuation. This should be .50 right now.
