GNS's share price will increase because of the share count and they actually PROVED they are taking action against naked short sales, and their dividend.

AABB claimed they would be taking action (no followup since) and gave two dividends and the share price did nothing because of 2.7 billion shares. NOTHING will move this stock price without a restructure.
