LCLP entered expert market because of the new 15c2-11 rule. Any sec reporting company that goes past 180 days of its last reporting period without filing a quarterly/annual, will be put into a 15 day grace period, after that grace period it will be entered into the expert market. LCLP last report was due on 6-30-22. 6 months plus 15 day grace period leads to around middle of January. Pretty easy fix here, just need to upload annual.
