I'm just pissed in general as it seems every possible problem seems to always be in front of HDC...now when it comes down to being open or positive about this I doubt Intel is stalling or that the sides are negotiating presently, more so the Director and her staff has had a few big cases to determine plus other responsibilities. The USPTO Director and past Judges within the scope of HDC patents and past patent fighting long ago may need to be looked at again. Yes HDC isn't a Intel or Google Corporation but our patents and technologies span many many years and the powers to be to decide might be forced to look at all that but where and how will be the frustrations of the past three Judges surface within the meetings with Director Vidal.

Aside from this I recall serving a 6 month term on the Grand Jury which was all Capital Crimes. Now this is far more in depth and dealing with life and death punishment. I recall discussions during lunch not on any of the cases as that is NOT PERMITTED. The discussion where when do we go to lunch or the case went on too damn long in one day. What I'm saying or the point I want to make with the complexities of our patents and the constant rehashing over and over again Judges and other professional get tired of hearing much of this and start to turn a blinds eye to any fact and may as well throw a dart at a dart board marked with Appeal Yes or Appeal No and simple be done. It isn't their life on the chopping block and is just another damn day before they go home and shake the dust off their feet. The only thing I want to see is for Director Vidal to deny Intel because I want to see Judge Albright's Justice regardless of outcome.
