That's the time to exit before the disappointing actual merger news hits the street.

It’s funny because I’ve been hearing nothing but “disappoints” coming for weeks, like this was a fail, Sharp needed investigated, this was going to bleed back to under $0.015 and basically go no where.

I’m just glad I held my shares and not listened to the disappointments, that would have been a huge mistake.
