The Denman plant that Kathryn just acquired in California already had the SQF certification, therefore it now belongs to Kathryn and she can operate under it, both in California and also in Arizona.

LOI on west coast acquisition has been approved and now we are going to contracts. Best news for the company 130,000 plus Sq FT multiple lines and SQF certification in place to help ship from both locations to the majors. More news to come. $HIRU
