Who is "they?" in his last filing dated 9/24/2018 Troy filed Form 15 with the SEC.

So did Troy "terminate" his duty to file reports with the SEC and walk away.. or merely "suspend" his duty? If he cut all ties and walked away he should have filed a letter of resignation. Also, as I pointed out, APT MOTOVOX GROUP INC. is a dead/ defunct corporation in both Missouri and Wyoming.
