Often you take a harder stance than I do . Which is cool . Personally I don't mind (and even appreciate) the employees coming here and sharing their side/experiences as long as they maintain a reasonable exchange . It definately is from a different perspective . Everyone has the right to voice an opinion .
Where I draw the line is when people put words in your mouth and/or try to make a huge deal out of nothing . Or they try to invent a contention by insinuating/insisting you are against them . When that happens , well let's just say they get what they deserve .

Anyway , here's the baton . If they don't settle down , give em a good wack with it .
