Anyone know anything about TNTU. Has been dead for a while, however it woke up big time in last two days. Tried to dig up SEC filings, noticed that former CEO sold 100% of his holdings but had options that expired on the 12th of Feb with strike prices above .40. It appears to be a shell for a new company??? Now there is major action once former CEO had no options. From .005 to .035 in a few days. My question is, "Does the new company value their shares for more than the former CEO's option price that expired on Monday. There is an obvious play here and the reward may be worth the risk...for gambling money that is.
