This stock doesn't make sense. The o/s has remained steady and as of today still is at 160,166,409 for at least 3 weeks now.
Who would be selling at these prices? Just when you think it's going to run they undercut the ask and push it down.
It is as if someone was trying to accumulate in the .0024-.0031 area. I have a feeling there will be a juicy PR soon and this is gonna blow up with
67,705,981 unrestricted shares available , its a no brainer at these levels.
