The more I think about this. It's not the raw deal every one is making it out to be. We are getting to keep our existing shares of PVSP and will be acquiring shares of equal or presumably more value value of Artizen. Artizen will be worth more at the end of the day. A bonus would be what entity they eventually roll into the Pervasip shell. We will own both companies assuming we keep our shares of PVSP throughout the period of record.
