So the new financial edit for period ending 07/31/2022 : https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/357049/content

They again are caught copy and pasting and not truly checking the filings.

section "Shares Outstanding on Date of This Report:" they have the wrong date on the last filing and this one corrects it. Cannot find any other real changes but clearly a copy paste job from the financials before it. Just like real companies do ... HA

And again they sign swearing that everything is correct and well ... NOPE.

At least they fix the mistakes and lies eventually.
