It ends badly, debt payment is due February 1 and they cant pay. All the M & A talk is pure bllsht and the world knows it. Kirkland Ellis shows up for 1 reason only, and its not to complete
a merger. Easier for anyone that wanted whatever BBBY has to get it for sub pennies on the
dollar in chapter 7 bankruptcy.
