Hindes was one of many thrown out because the greatest legal shield of all time makes the US government absolved of seemingly any and all liability. The Barn Door is open, and the Bureaucrats all escaped carefree.

I do think Hindes is credible. What I don't know is if the text I saw on this message board represents a fraction of his letter. Was the entire letter posted somewhere or is this yet another penny-stock-pump?
