Artizen wasn’t receiving it’s true market valuation in PVSP. It now spins off into a new clean entity. No longer straddled w 5B shares.
Artizen should be a $250M valuation based on $50M in revenues. That wasn’t happening in the current set up.
The new Artizen will be much easier to fund without the loan shark convertibles. Real investment, not toxic debt.
Shareholders will own shares in equal proportions in both companies. 2-1 investment.
