Let’s say they buy in at $.0005.
Level 2 had ~20mm bid at that price today
That’s 200,000,000 shares
% of the 5 billion = 4.0% of the public float
% of NewCo after the Spin-Out (.04*.15) = 0.6% of Artizen PubCo
If valued at $50MM (made-up value - who knows)
.006 x $50MM = $300,000
So that’s a 3x.
Not a bad 9-12 mo scenerio.
