yes, and those share will be added into AMC hence the share increase. 514M AMC authorize share or so will be double or whatever to how many APE share there is. This will dilute AMC with more shares and the price will drop hence the fact a reverse split is next. with AA denying all corruption, what happen if there is Billions of unauthorize share in APE that is converted but not accounted for in the actual count for the conversion just like the issuing of APE shares. But then again, how do we actually know how many APE share is out there anyway. it might not even be Billions of APE shares at all.
