We are almost as far south as we can go at this point. The way it reads, we should get Artizen shares porportionate to what we are holding with PVSP, correct? My comprehension of all this apprently sucks, and no I have not been been smoking any of that Artizen weed, lol.

"Pervasip shareholders of record as of the designated record date shall receive shares in the newly public Artizen in proportion to their ownership in Pervasip."
