Hopefully BBRW surpises us today or tomorrow with a contract. The OTC is finally coming back to life so there are plenty of other plays that look tempting as well. I would think they would be anxious to get a huge deal like this signed, but negotiating away convertible debt is never easy. I am quite sure that toxic debt holders don't give a rat's tail about any business surviving except their own! And since the OS climbed a little yesterday, I'm guessing there is no negotiated settlement yet, so I took a tidbit off the table this morning and put it to work on a couple of other plays.
