The difference is that a car manufacturer has a manufacturing plant to back up their claims. Thousands of employees on hand to assemble the new line of car. Sales teams to get it sold. Trucks to move them with. Millions of dollars invested to ensure it all rolls out smoothly.

HeliosDx RSHN announces a line of CBD patches but doesn't even have product on hand. Doesn't have a supply chain. No employees to market, package and ship the product. No "manufacturing plant". Nothing
