As Banks, family offices like Kramers, and what is left of hedge funds are more exposed to their dirty deeds, it has suddenly dawned in people that #GME and #AMC weren't the only
tickers naked shorted.
May not mean much for NetList, then again are there naked short positions on NetList as well? Who knows? Seems "they" have naked shorted everything else. Again, thank the DTCC Continuous Net Settlement program for that. Ahhh yes. the DTCC, our regulator where banks at et al can go to the vault and borrow as many fake shares as possible of ANY ticker they want and use them to attack that stock. The good old DTCC, my hero!
By the way, one needs a subpoena to uncover who and what has taken place in the CNS vault where all the supposed shares are stored. Crooked as hell, but this is the market we are in. There are other things they do as exposed in the Overstock trial. Things "they" didn't want us to know, but since the Bonafide MM in that trial wasn't a Bonafide MM a lot of information came out that otherwise would have remained hidden.
NetList has its own litigation in patent infringements to deal with, but there may also be other reasons people are rooting for ScamScum, Microon, and Giggle. SK already settled
so that leaves the #1 and the #3 chip maker left along with Giggle.
