Thank you for schooling everybody on Chong's status within the company by going the extra mile and retrieving the definition of an Insider.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/insider.asp#toc-what-is-an-insider - Awesome link, thanks for finding that!

What Is an Insider?

"Insider" is a term describing a director or senior officer of a publicly-traded company, as well as any person or entity, that beneficially owns more than 10% of a company's voting shares.

What you will find above, is 100% proof that in no way is David Chong considered an “insider” of ICNM. Only simply a 5% shareholder.

That would be fine except for the pesky little thing that one has to lie about Chong's holding in order to reach that conclusion. The truth is that Chong does not hold simply 5%. In fact he holds 30% of the super majority voting rights of all votes. This can be confirmed by anyone by just checking out the most recent ICNM disclosure, https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/351368/content.

Last time I heard, back in school, 30% is greater than 10% and that make's Chong an Insider per the lovely website linked up above.

It’s a lovely day to learn something new in the investing world. I welcome all to enjoy the above link, especially any claiming Chong is an insider. Schooled ;)

Yup, it turns out Chong is in fact an insider just like I have been saying all along. Enjoy the above link, read the definition, confirm how much he holds and boom, there you go. The claims that I am lying about that are not in the least factual and are the actual lies it turns out.
