The lipid nano particles that contain the mRNA in the Covid19 vaccines are not visible under an optical microscope because they are often even smaller than the Covid virus itself.
To view them one must lower the temperature and use a transmission electron microscope. To measure their size you can use a Dynamic Light Scattering technique.
Wouldn’t it have been nice to know this this kind of stuff before going to the local grocery store and letting someone inject them into your body?
