Real estate websites say the OPTI house last sold on June 14, 2021 for $2,500,000. (IDK the details of the sale, including down payment.) For example:

I think whatever Roger said about “equity” was his opinion/fabrication. Here’s some other info:

Here’s a PR from 3/7/2022 where Roger claimed “28% Single Asset Increase of $700,000” and “current Market value in excess of $3,200.000” (typo, should be $3,200,000).
