Several reasons here why we might see a parabolic run before all is said and done.

Those still holding after 18 months are not going to flip for a 50% gain and lose their long term gains status, just doesn't make sense.

Correct. Most won't anyway.

And .....

Tomorrow will be enlightening, but once fully tradeable, we'll see a clearer picture. GS knows the game, he knows how this all works, and he will try to maximize all opportunities. I see .20 as a minimum, .40-.60 are definitely in sight, and dollar plus is very doable.
