Bb - u have been in these markets for quite some time. Have you ever seen a recapitalization like this in which they are not doing an offering and they want to be on a higher exchange? Hence, the recapitalization rather than a new offering that is obviously dilutive…

It is set up for LG to control. You control the float , you control the price…..

Glad to be here. No rush from me on this investment nor should there be. This is going to set up for a multi year run. In turn, I’m placing my utmost confidence in LG who has already built a beautiful business with a ton of green shots to grow it exponentially into the future….
