On 1/09/23, over 700 million shares became unrestricted and have been dumped. Hence the drop from .0016 to .0006. Glad I sold out at .0014. On watch...... probably won't be back but you never know! So..... yes! They diluted from the restricted. There is no argument. It is fact. They reduced the o/s and added via restricted stock. Those shares were already in the o/s. They just made the float grow.
