i cannot cheer common shareholders on as there is no security there. what is there to cheer about? that they are technically worthless in a spspa conversion scenario but they aren't worthless they are just arguably worth less?

i can't cheer that type of investment on. which is why i post here, to help anyone who is looking to understand the capital structure as it goes through restructuring.

your point that people here generally don't pay attention at all to the capital structure of this is noted.. but there are some smart posts here from time to time and today i had a fever so i've just been chilling/napping
