Maybe rewrite the the MOU, give Higley cash or some senior share notes, ask the dude what he wants for it. Have a sitdown. Make it beneficial for shareholders and him. You apparently have the capital and investing prowess to see good opportunities and execute on them under your portfolio. Guess we will see hows this plays out, but my bet is on a positive outcome.
