WOW. What a day... this is the 2nd highest volume month since 2013, at all-time lows.. Surf was right, it was loading time. Did anyone else load up this dump off? Ill have to go rifle through the filings to see if any entity or persons was capable of offing this many shares other than a Higley or Widner., but they are for sure fed up.

Will this MOU be pursued? The way this has been trading over the last couple of days that this might be the way to go? Maybe shareholders do want a regime change? Who knows. The stock over the last 6 years has only diluted 175m shares, via public offerings at .01 .005 .004 and now .001 without(to my knowledge) Higley nor the Widner(s) having sold a single share into the OS. Thats pretty strong. But here we are touching .0005 lows which we havent seen since 2014. Insane opportunity IMO.
