According to the last press release (rumors and rumors of rumors are coming and building towards) material events that are slated to commence this month. Also, the "audit" is to be released within twelve weeks. Now less than ten weeks away from this coming Tuesday.

From the press release:

The Board is pursuing an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to significantly reduce the authorized shares of common stock, which will occur upon approval of a majority of the Company’s shareholders. The Company will provide an update on this matter prior to January 31 and will communicate it accordingly.

The Company will publish a detailed investor relations calendar by January 31, including the date of release of financials, management calls, and other items. The Company intends to file its annual report for 2022 by February 28th with OTC Markets pursuant to the proscribed format and timelines.
