The Pink® Basic Disclosure Guidelines suggest the deadline for the Annual Report is January 30.

Pink Limited Information Tier
"Ongoing Disclosure Requirements: To Qualify for Limited Information on an ongoing basis, companies must upload reports through OTCIQ on the following schedule:
Annual Report (including the required financial statements outlined in Item 8) within 120 days of the fiscal year-end."

Aside from GNCP saying they would publish the Annual Report on January 12, what am I missing here?
