Interesting MM shenanigans. I bought 1M ZAAG via ETrade, executed at 14:10:06. L2 did not show the trade until 14:19:46 but it is marked seq (out of sequence) and, because of that, the share price did not change. Supposedly, the seq flag means the time of the trade is unknown, which is nonsense in this case. Seems scammy to me.
