So from purely a fundamental view it would seem that the news release last week with that deal described has sent our shares to .001.
Now I know on some mergers there can be a cost to one side and that cost can be made up in shares.
Would it be safe to confirm (again maybe) that it is what has happened here over the last 5 days and that barring any new big news that we could flounder here at .001 because of that mysterious math factor?
