the problem with this is that if the amount is miniscule, THEN it is lying by ommision...but if the amount is substantial like 50 or 100 kilos, then it is not...

you cannot say the statement is deceptive or lying if it is 200 kilos...its only if its miniscule...

thats why i asked the other day to simply say where you feel the reality lies....

saying production is either miniscule or 200 kilos is meaningless...
