Is there a settlement between buyer or seller after being delisted

I mean sellers are integral winner when buyer are losing their right after getting a taxe ristourne on other gain

Like bitcoin or other company their owned they created after or before they invested ?

Because in receivership for this one they are all preserved from what ?

Because USXP was in debt and too many are losing lot of money ? How they can regain something if delisted and in receivership and still in debt

With the same number attractive or not shareholders

What do they mean in Florida with case USXP ?
