The continued attack on it - whereby I indicated that restructuring occurs in many forms .. removing shares from the treasury is one, using restricted shares for the growth of a rapidly expanding new public Holding company - even a small RS to Up list to a higher exchange opening the gates for further investment from institutions VCs and other financial institutions down the road is likely - I just NEVER skew things which I see happening a lot ..

so yes anyone TRYING to narrow it down with opinion and personal conjecture and only take a negative approach 100% of the time is suspect at best.
