Unsure fully as there are some going into the OS now as we all can see.

However from what I can tell AS raise to 250 million, then 80% of that will be filled with a Form 4 for diverted river.

Those shares I think will be restricted. So you can assume about 80% of the entire OS will be restricted of 250 million.

Thats about 200 million restricted shares... leaving about 20-21m unrestricted, and another 30 million to sell into the OS as per current share structure OS.

If the merger goes through as originally intended.
