Apparently the language of business is a slippery slope. But let's try again...after all, I am a business educator. So here goes...

The quote is correct, but let's parse the language...

"I truly believe in this technology and that is why I merged my company in it and became a part of it." The operative words missing and necessary for any M&A is - WITH IT.

Nasrat merged his company IN THE TECHNOLOGY TO BECOME PART OF IT BUT WAS NOT MERGED WITH ELITE...It is a distinction with a difference.
