I suspect APSI is very worried about share price. If they do an offering they don’t want the price under $3.00, I am quite sure. Plus Tradition didn’t spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to have their and their 6 subsidiaries financials audited, to have their stock trade at .30. I wouldn’t be surprised to see APSI request an SEC investigation into what happened here.
