If they close this deal, it will be mega-huge! Any hospitality company that has the funds to build out 100+ franchise microbreweries, has very deep pockets or credit. And it makes perfect sense since microbreweries have huge profit margins relative to traditional brick and mortar restaurants. They can serve fresh-brewed beer while stealing away revenue from nearby restaurants by scaling up the food menu in the microbreweries.

Then, having their own equipment manufacturer on board just makes it that much sweeter! It's one of the more clever business deals in the making that I've seen in a long time! Just my opinion; not investment advice.
