$RKLY: Stock is down 95% down on the 52wk chart

I call this a VERY strong buy here at 0.18.......... super low RSI now


Put in a $0.15 stop if you must.

But That 20Milly Daily buy is the cue on the chart from last week.

You just saw BK $PRTY jump up from $0.17 to $0.60 in a few days, but $RKLY is in much
better shape than $PRTY.

Just saying........ I'm adding.
