I can see how it might be thought that Mikah merged with Elite....this despite the fact that no separate companies do a deal like the 2021 deal. But let me make clear the honest mistake made...not by me, I grasp the language...

The quote is correct, but let's parse the language...

"I truly believe in this technology and that is why I merged my company in it and became a part of it." The operative words missing and necessary for any M&A is - WITH IT.

Nasrat merged his company IN THE TECHNOLOGY TO BECOME PART OF IT BUT WAS NOT MERGED WITH ELITE...It is a distinction with a difference.
