As soon as the reverse split happens they will be compliant. Then they will be non compliant again after they dump 5,000,000,000 shares and then reverse split it again to be compliant until 10,000,000,000 shares are issued and then do it all over again. Just my opinion but I've seen this non sense plenty of times before. This is a .0001 stock without reverse split if they start the delayed production PRs
