You’re missing the point: NP mismanaged leronlimab from the beginning. The combo trial was poorly designed, missing key tests to prove the drugs efficacy, etc. The COVID trials were also poorly designed. Why were they designed poorly? Because NP never hired an HIV expert nor a COVID expert to assist. He went with his garbage hires and Amarex, whose CEO served on a board for CYDY and was compensated with shares.

Now, why did he mismanage leronlimab? Because he’s a 2 time felon, one for fraud, who cared about getting rich instead of shareholder value. This is a fact: he pumped a 3 digit stock price to investors than sold nearly 85% of his holdings (at the time) for $3-4.

This is not an FDA problem, it’s an NP problem. I suggest you read the 2 settled shareholder lawsuits involving NP, the one pending shareholder lawsuit involving NP (it will settle) and both the DOJ and SEC indictments. Leronlimab was doomed the second he was named CEO.
