I think us spectators should watch and leave the legal stuff to the lawyers.

I'm guessing it's a relaxed deadline or something minor. As we've seen, both Avalon and Sharp's lawyers (and the settlement judge!) have taken their time and filed things later than we expected. I've stopped thinking I have any clue what the requirement is until I hear it from the court.
