Looking at the PR carefully there are some obvious remarks to be made of this. Jeremy Bullock now reports to Steve Pear. JB runs the commercial portion as identified as Success Nutrients and Big Tomato. They sell nutrients on the national level already.

Julie Suntrup, VP Marketing will also report to SP. There should be a brands tie-in at some point for the various brand names to coalesce under the "Schwazze Fine House of Brands" banner to expand their presence. We already see PurpleBees cross populated in their existing stores. The Gratify universal rewards leads the customer to the other company stores (this is already being done), be it as SHWZ's preferred competitor, partner, with unique brands that exist across the stores, supplement, or fill demand as niche items.

As we all asked before, WWJDD? Something the Team can put on every supermarket shelf beyond the dispensary that equals awareness? That would be too cool. And of course, a brand in concept to selling the equivalent of a Starbucks' 12-24 Frappuccino flat in one's nearby Costco....but THC is a whole different animal! The focus therefore is brand awareness, multi-cross level marketing as allowed, and denial of competitor comfort/consolidation through aggressive, focused expansion. I guess they intimated that already, lol.

Does make one wonder what the next "big thing" will be for CO and NM or ? Could be many things popping up within the four extreme corners of the rough rectangular dual state map as drawn. Government inaction helped make that expansion perhaps all a bit easier at the expense of the overextended and the undercapitalized. They seem to have a model that works, I'm just looking forward to seeing it go on the road this year with current names and new names appearing farther from home. A M&A play? Never say never, but they have some previous obligations to negotiate to stay at the top of their game. Question will be are the deals worth modifying some existing agreements by the parties all viewed positively?
