Remember this ? The company doesn't act like they care...be filing regular reports with SEC on Voluntary basis....they let it go by and never really care what happened....to this day have they filed any to the SEC ?

Voluntary ? Really ? They are PLEASED to announce ? What a slap in the face to the shareholders. Then, they release something later saying they would and then they still haven't !! They are terrible.

Update on new SEC reporting requirements

We are pleased to announce we will be filing regular reports with the SEC on a voluntary basis. This process does not mean Nanologix is uplisting to a different status, the Company will remain a Pink Sheet company for the time being.

Research and Development on the Rapid Viral Assay (RVA) continues at a research university and additional information will be released this summer.
