I would not touch this companies stock yet,With almost 4 billion shares outstanding, it is quite dilluted. And at there low stock stock prices ,no inside buying of the stock, WHY, at these prices.They would have to do at least 1 : 500 reverse split,which would hurt current stock holders or the company should start buying back shares on a regular basis..Until this happens,I would not buy this stock.
