Ignoring paying that small amount is not a good sign. Could very well mean they don't believe in themself.

I guess they are happy with the shareholders are in the position they are in. If they had forked over that money I think even with not much going on this would be a penny or two at least. Seems if there is interest in getting a buyer a penny or two would look way better than what the PPS is now......I guess they don't think like that because of how their DNA is.
